The ASTM A519 Grade 1018 Steel Tubing is made without welded seams, offering structural integrity and durability. This tubing can be cast in ingots or strand cast, and in cases where different grades are sequentially strand cast, it is essential to identify the transition material. Our ASTM A519 1018 Hot Finished Tubing can be produced in various shapes—round, square, rectangular, or custom sections—to meet client specifications.
A heat analysis is performed on ASTM A519 1018 Chrome Alloy Steel Tubing to verify the elemental composition aligns with specification requirements. If secondary melting processes are used, the analysis can be derived from either a re-melted ingot or a product sample. To prevent rusting, the ASTM A519 1018 Square Tubing is coated with a protective oil layer when specified.
