Our Heat Exchanger Tubes are essential for heating and cooling fluids in various industrial and comfort applications. These tubes come in two types: traditional plain tubes and enhanced surface tubes designed for superior thermal performance. In operation, one fluid flows inside the tubes while another circulates outside within the shell. We offer both single-phase and two-phase heat exchangers, with the two-phase option used for boiling or condensing fluids, ensuring efficient heat transfer in diverse settings.
Heat Exchanger Tubes are widely used in applications such as pressure vessels, cryogenic pressure vessels, high-pressure equipment, heat exchanger tube sheets, boilers, air preheaters, finned tubes, and air cooler tubes. Industries like refineries, power plants, steel manufacturing, chemical factories, fertilizer plants, and shipbuilding rely on these tubes.
We can manufacture these tubes in straight lengths or U-bent shapes based on customer needs. Our tubes are produced using a cold drawn process (drawn on a mandrel), ensuring tight dimensional tolerances and smooth finishes inside and out. To achieve the desired mechanical properties, we perform heat treatments such as normalizing, stress relieving, annealing, and tempering according to customer specifications.
Straightening is done using multiple roll straightening machines, achieving a precision of 1mm per 1000mm of straightness. Our strict quality checks and careful packing—especially our special four-layer packing for exports—ensure that our products are of the highest quality and arrive in perfect condition.
