What is a Chequer Plate?
A chequer plate also referred to as a checkered plate is a metal plate featuring a consistent pattern of raised shapes, typically diamonds or teardrops, on one side, with the opposite side smooth. These raised patterns provide effective slip resistance, making chequer plates essential in applications such as industrial flooring, stair treads, and any surface requiring added traction.
