Solitaire Steel offers EN8 seamless pipes known for their durability and adherence to international standards like API 5L and ASTM A213. These high-quality carbon alloy pipes come in outer diameters ranging from 15mm to 1000mm and wall thicknesses from 2mm to 50mm, with different grades (1, 2, and 3) to meet specific requirements.
EN8 seamless pipes are available with various end types, such as plain, bevelled, threaded (with coupling or cap), chamfered, grooved, or screw-type. They can be processed through hot-rolling, cold-rolling, or cold-drawing, and come with a range of surface finishes including black paint, PE, PVC, PP coating, galvanization, color coating, anti-rust varnish, oiling, checkering, or epoxy coating.
These pipes are widely used across industries like petroleum, oil and gas, boiler tubes, pipeline transport, machinery, construction, and decoration. They can be welded using standard methods, and seamless pipes offer higher precision compared to welded alternatives. While EN8 ERW pipes can handle larger diameters, seamless pipes are preferred for their dimensional accuracy.
